Call for Special Sessions

The Organizing Committee of the 2026 7th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Control (AIRC 2026) invites proposals for Special Sessions to be held during the conference in Savannah, GA, USA, from April 8–10, 2026.

Special Sessions will complement the regular technical program by highlighting new, emerging, or particularly significant topics at specific or cross levels-of-abstraction. These sessions should focus on state-of-the-art research from both academia and industry, addressing specialized, novel, challenging, or emerging areas. Accepted Special Sessions will run concurrently with technical sessions during the main three days of the conference.

Interested organizers are invited to submit proposals including the following details:

  • Title: The name of the Special Session.

  • Organizers: Names, affiliations, contact information, and CV for all organizers.

  • Abstract: A concise description (approx. 150-300 words) outlining the session's focus, objectives, significance, and relevance to AIRC 2026. (This abstract will be published on the AIRC website upon acceptance.)

  • Speakers: A list of confirmed speakers (if applicable), including their affiliations and brief biographies.

  • Tentative Schedule: A structured outline of the session, including:

    • Session format(s) (e.g., keynote talks, panel discussions, Q&A, presentations).

    • Planned sequence of topics/segments.

    • Approximate time allocation for each segment.

    • *(Consider total session duration, typically 90-120 minutes).*

  • Plan to Solicit Participants: Strategies for attracting attendees (e.g., outreach via professional networks, social media promotion, targeted mailing lists, collaboration with institutions/industry). (Include if applicable).
